• Completed or partially completed courses
• Downloaded or accessed digital materials
• Subscription plans beyond 7 days of activation

Refund Process

• Order ID
• Reason for requesting a refund

We will assess the request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
